Named for the spice
Mitmita is the bright, fiery chili blend Ethiopian cooks reach for when a dish needs a spark. It’s short, easy to remember, and unmistakably Ethiopian, like the food we make.
Our injera is made in-house every day. The wats simmer for hours. Everything else is built to order, quickly, so you can eat well without the wait.
